PROOF OF IDENTITY
This registration will have to be supported by one of the following sole proof of identities:
  • Driving Licence (with photograph)
  • Current Passport

    However, where a person is unable to provide sole proof of identity then proof must be established through the provision of one document from each of the following lists:
    Primary Proof Secondary Proof
  • Full Birth Certificate
  • Marriage Certificate
  • Deedpoll Document
  • Driving Licence (without photograph)
  • NHS Medical Card
  • Utility Bill (within last 6 months)
  • Bank Statement (within last 12 months
    • * Photocopies are not acceptable. All proofs of identity will be returned.

    * Overseas registrants only : A photocopy of your passport will be acceptable together with a photograph signed on the reverse by a professional witness who has known you for two years
